Welcome, Sisters!

This site is for and about the members of Alpha chapter of Alpha Gamma Delta who attended Syracuse University in the 1960s. It is a place to share our stories and pictures, a place to reestablish and maintain our connections with each other.

Over the years, many of us have kept in touch with a few sisters, but visits were seldom and reunions rare. At their 20th SU reunion, members of the class of ’66 organized the first gathering. In 1991, sisters from ’64 through ’68 rented the Chapter House, reclaimed their old rooms, and had a wonderful time. Mrs. Downey even joined us! Then came Portland in 1999, Lake George in 2005, St. Michaels in 2007, Port Gamble in 2011, the Outer Banks in 2013, Albuquerque and Santa Fe in 2015, St. Augustine in 2017, San Diego in 2019, Fredericksburg in 2022, Scottsdale in 2023, and most recently, Boston in 2025. Planning for our 2027 reunion has begun. The reunion dates are May 2 through May 5, 2027 in Annapolis, MD. As always, we hope to find more sisters and bring them into our happy tradition. Please stay tuned for more information — we hope to see you there!
